What do you give or do for the guy that has everything? The kids and I thought a Party would do the trick! Alan is one of the nicest people - who makes friends wherever he goes. I must say his party was a lot of work, but it ended up being such a nice night. What memories we have now, it was all worth it. It was a old home night, seeing so many friends from long ago - old roommate's, family, and friends from near and far. The food was wonderful, a lovely Hawaiian meal, the show was a hit (especially the number the three little kids did) I hope that it will be a memorie that will last a lifetime. Happy Birthday Alan. We think your wonderful!

50 Years of Greatness - September 25th

.jpg)
The kids and I have been planning a surprise birthday party for Alan. We planned a Hawaiian Luau - dinner, show, and all the extras. It is fun doing something for someone who is wonderful and doesn't expect it. I'm amazed at how well the kids have bone keeping it a secret - even little Will. Look back again and we will blog the big event. Happy Birthday Alan! We love you.

Three Sisters Summer Sizzle

Each year the three Peay sisters gather their crews for the end of the summer party - Held in Orem at the Park, always a good time for everyone. It is a tribute to Grandma & Grandpa Peay to have our new generation of teenagers asking when the party is - wanting to keep up on all of the family associations. It is the fun family traditions that are crazy, but keep us coming back for more -- such as the Grandma race. I can see that you want to know more! The three Sisters race around the tree hoping to hold the title of speed demon for the year. Bonnie has not won for a time, but she claims that she just lets her sisters win to make them feel good. What a giver she is. This year we had a not so Grandma division - I'm happy to report that Bonnie's family gave her the Gold for this race, and what a race it was - three legs and all (way to go Danny and Dana). We love catching up on all the new flashes given by our own Sweet Norma - wait! BREAKING NEWS - Lori helped bring Kenyon from the U of U red dark side to a lover of BYU -true blue football. Blue is true! I love my Peay family - thanks for the good food each year, the fun times, but most of all the sweet friendships.

One of my Fav Families!!!
I love the Willams Family! They really are the best. Each year I have a ton of fun with this family. Each of the children are cute, fun, and spunky. In the past we have gone very formal - dress, dress shirt and tie. I talked Mom into a little casual - to top it off I suggested since we were going casual - why not do some of the pictures in the hobble creek. April (the mom) may have thought I meant by the creek, but no I meant that we would end our time together IN the creek. Dad loved it because I kept my word and had it under an hour, kids loved the casual + water, and mom is happy because it's over! As you can see - they have a way cute family! Brooke my young apprentice helped again - she is awesome.
