Romance! - with a little help!
Saturday - the day of cleaning up the house & getting ready for Sunday. As 4:30 pm rounded the corner I started to think about dinner. Brooke said that she would start something and not to come down stairs. When Alan and I did come down stairs we were met with a pleasant surprise.....a table set up in the living room with all the extras, sparkling apple cider chilling in a bucket of ice, nice plates, the special crystal glasses, along with all the fixing of a wonderful meal.
Top Roman noodles
Chips & Salsa
Whoopers
Watermelon
Pudding
As if that were not surprise enough, we ended up with two cute waitresses in red oriental dresses. They served a wonderful meal, and sang to us as we ate the yummy food. Will sobbed the whole time because the table was only set for two. I must say we have two wonderful girls - sweet - cute - and good cooks. What a Meal!!!!

Green Anyone!
St. Patricks Day.......I've always loved it! Part of the draw has to go to my Mothers Parents - Earl Peay and Myrl Wilson Peay. Will is named after these two wonderful people. Will for Wilson and Peayton for Peay. They served a mission in Ireland - My Grandfather built the fi
rst LDS church in Ireland.
Green is my favorite color - I love it! It is the color of life. I love light green - dark green - even lime green!
Ali our second grader had her country report due today. March 17th - St. Patrick's day, perfect don't you think. I loved going to her class to help her. All the kids looked like a sea of green. I saw green socks, pants, shirts, jackets, and hair bows. Ali did a wonderful job on her report - she even showed the kids a dvd of Irish dancing - and then had the kids try it. The kids found the Leprechaun and got a treat ou
t of the pot of gold. Way to go Ali.
Later that day we had our green meal. To make the meal even better - Grandma Stubbs came. We had an Irish stew, a soda bread, green grapes, lime drink, green tossed salad, honeydew melon, and we topped it off with lime sherbet. I hope that we don't end up peeing green! Fun day for everyone. At BYU preschool Will felt it necessary to show his green Incredible Hulk undies....... can the day get better than that.
